So, after doing a few stuffing sessions and going back and forth about gaining (debating doing a test gain, occasionally doing a stuffing, unintentionally gaining a couple pounds, etc.) I have figured out, to some extent, when I put myself too much with stuffing. I found that I could easily get 3000 calories down in a breakfast stuffing and, while I felt full, I wasn't uncomfortably so. However, when I decided to try stuff myself with an even bigger fast food meal a bit under 3 hours later, I felt really uncomfortable and I couldn't bring myself to eat anything for another day or so after.
Basically, I found that I can probably do a 3000 calorie breakfast in addition to my regular meals as long as I don't do a second stuffing in the same day. I was thinking of doing a challenge for a month where I eat the breakfast that I did yesterday (or something similar) a minimum of 4 days a week for a month, in addition to my regular meals and measure the results of the challenge at the end of the month.
I figure this challenge could be a lot of fun for a number of reasons:
1. I get to do increased stuffing sessions without overdoing it to the point where it inhibits me from eating later.
2. An extra 3000 calories a day for most days during the week would probably be enough to do a decent test gain in a month.
3. I could potentially work my way towards eating an even bigger breakfast by the end of the challenge (maybe add a McDonald's strawberry and cream pie or an extra order of Burger King Hashbrowns after week one or add an extra breakfast sandwich at the end of week 2, etc.)
The Base Breakfast for the challenge that I found to be manageable and not too stuffed afterwards is:
1. 670 Calories Large Burger King Hashbrowns (way more calories and way less filling than the McDonald's ones lol)
2. 550 Calories Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle
3. 550 Calories Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle
4. 540 Calories McDonald's Cinnamon Roll
5. 660 Calories Large McDonald's Mocha Frappe (I was surprised by how good it was lol)
I was wondering what people thought of this potential challenge and if anyone had any thoughts on it?
